Tea for Weight Loss
Oolong tea
From its first discovery, tea has been appreciated as an aid to weight loss. All types of tea share this quality but Oolong tea is superior to all others in this respect. The effect of this tea is to reduce fat around the body organs. It can be taken two or three times a day and there will be a gradual loss of weight.
· 2 rounded teaspoons of Oolong tea
· 3 cups (850 ml) of water
Boil the water. Rinse the pot with hot water then add the Oolong tea to the empty, heated pot. When the water has reached a fast boil, pour onto the leaves and allow the tea to stand for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a cup and allow to cool very slightly before drinking.



Weight loss seems to be on of the biggest concerns people have now. I know I had an extremly hard time. Here are a couple things that I did. 1. Count Calories (you would be surprised at the amount) 2. Walk Everywhere (if the store is just a few blocks away, walk it) 3. No more sodas (not even diet), drink water. 4. Cut out all the starchy carbs (your only carbs should come from fruit) 5. Eat lots of leafy greens (your body needs the fiber to help with the weight loss) Hopes this helps some of you. Cheers!
