Tea for the Stomach
For bowel pain: Rice vinegar tea
This is a very effective tea for relieving pain in the lower bower. You will need white rice vinegar, which you can buy in Chinese markets.
· 3-4 teaspoons white rice vinegar
· Green tea
· 3 cups (850 ml) of water
Put some green tea into a teapot. Bring the water to the boil and pour into the pot. Add 3-4 teaspoons of vinegar and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes before drinking
