Tea for the Immune System
You can buy tiny, pink, dried shrimps in plastic packages from Chinese markets. Avoid any that are grayish-brown, as they will not be fresh. Once you have opened the pack, store it in the fridge.
· 30 dried shrimps (approximately)
· 3 cups (850 ml) of water
Take about 30 shrimps and rinse them in cold water: Put the shrimps with the tea leaves into a saucepan. Bring some water to the boil and pour over the shrimps and tea. Cover for 2-3 minutes and serve. When you have drunk the tea you may eat the shrimps.
