·        6 fresh mint leaves

·        1 tbsp green tea syrup (available from specialist drinks suppliers)

·        25ml/1fl oz peach flavored vodka

·        2 tsp fresh lime juice

·        ginger ale, to top up

·        1 fresh mint leaf, to garnish

·        peach wedge, to garnish

1.     Place the mint leaves and green tea syrup into a highball glass and mash (muddle) with the end of a clean rolling pin.

2.     Add the peach flavored vodka and lime juice and stir.

3.     Add ice and top up the glass with ginger ale.

4.     Garnish with a mint leaf and a wedge of peach.
