Mint tea with camomile
The health benefits of peppermint: Belived to ease such problems as irritable bowel syndrome, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, headaches and baby colic. It is also said to control mild asthma, manage stress and ward off the common cold.
Ingredients:
· 2 teaspoons of peppermint
· 200 ml of boiling water
· 100 ml of camomile tea
Preparation:
1. Put 2 teaspoons of peppermint into 200 ml of boiling water.
2. Leave it for 5 minutes then add 100 ml of cold camomile tea.
Drink it without any flavouring.
